Science is very robust towards scientific arguments. However, it is very defenseless against politics. If you add 10% of politics into scientific discourse, you get 100% of politics (and no science).

1) Far more people should be building and funding fab 2.0 🙋‍♂️ 2) Today’s fabs are general purpose only if you want small, performant silicon … and have 💰 3) There are many other valuable parameters to optimize around: manufacturing speed, footprint, component diversity, etc.
