I have to say. Ireland 🇮🇪 has the finest locally producers in the world. Sligo and the Northwest is where it’s at. Eyes still light up even doing takeaway when locals hear where the food & drink comes from. So Proud😁Fáilte Ireland SligoFoodTrail Wild Atlantic Way Sligo Tourism

It’s really only settling in now and we are still not completely at ease but we are now an The MICHELIN Guide starred restaurant We opened bastion with €30k that’s pennies in restaurant opening terms, but we had determination & love of food. And above all the best team mates ever
