Last week, to celebrate Eid and Easter we threw a party in Fir Vale with Oasis Community Hub 🎉
This was a wonderful day of sharing food and stories, playing games and making connections 🍛

Had such a lovely afternoon Heeley City Farm with Maddy from Food Works Sheffield to find out all about their new schools growing programme. Such a brilliant initiative which we will hopefully help expand & support - watch this space #Sheffield schools! 🌱

Grateful to have been invited as a speaker to #DUKPC2024 this year, presenting ‘Seeing clearly: a story of Type 1 diabetes, retinopathy and sight loss’ made me realise what a journey it continues to be. 10 years on since then, I could never imagine the life I lead now. 💙

1 more month and our project of empowering girls is finished but the work isn’t done. We will continue to produce confident and leaders in our communities. Thank you everyone who supported us.
