SherrieEngler-Artist So, I've printed these ballots before, my company printed the ones in Kentucky for the 2016 election. That black should be a single color black. At least that's how we printed it. It should not be a four color build therefore there should be no chance of registration being off.

SherrieEngler-Artist I understand everything you're saying and yes, I agree this looks like fraud. What I don't understand is why are there 2 different ballots? Here in NH, everyone gets the same one, regardless of political party. There's ONE ballot printed. Period.
SherrieEngler-Artist The answer to your question is simple. The ballots were printed out of registration intentionally. They knew it would cause abnormally high rejection rates. Then someone took the time to mix a few good ones in to keep it from being obvious. It is a shame that people did this.
