It was less of a pleasure to hear Lord Houchen repeat, yet again, the same complete untruths about Teesworks.

Recommendation 22 of the Tees Valley Review tells Lord Houchen to re negotiate the deal.

He said he accepted all of the report but now says the deal he struck was a good one!

It certainly was the “best thing”for Messrs Musgrave & Corney but not for the people of Teesside.
