CIU detectives are investigation a fatal two vehicle collision on 252nd St NE at 50th Ave NE, Arlington. The collision involved a motorcycle vs. pickup. 252nd Street is closed for the investigation. One driver is deceased and one driver has been transported to Cascade Hospital.

UPDATE: The 37-year-old male surrender and has been taken into custody without incident. No injuries to the suspect or law enforcement.

Hwy 530 closed between Concrete Sauk Valley Rd and SR 20, Skagit County for police activity. SCSO Violent Offender Task Force was attempting to contact an adult male w/ a felony warrant. The suspect fired a round. No deputies injured. The suspect is inside the residence.

Deputies are scene of an assault weapon in the 1700blk of 98th St NW. The victim received non-life threatening injuries to his neck. SWAT is on scene awaiting a search warrant to take the suspect in the house.

Update 4/20: We are very sad to report that Thomas has been located deceased. No foul play. He was located by a Search and Rescue K9 team. We are very thankful for all the searchers and community members who have helped in this search the past few days. No further updates.
