Meet the team; this week it's Eleanor! Eleanor is part of our Nature Based Wellbeing team, this is the team that looks after our Ecotherapy Groups providing one to one mentoring, peer support and helping everyone (including the staff!) remember to take time to connect to nature.

The Plot to Plate ecotherapy group have been busy planting broad beans and mange tout at the allotment. They sprinkled some natural grit around the new crops to try and stop the slugs munching everything :)

Snail trails! The damp weather brought out the patterns made by hundreds of tiny White-lipped Snails travelling the mollusc superhighway on this tree ☺ There's at least 10 tiny snails in this photo - none of which I saw when I was taking the picture.
