I have always been an appendectomy proponent.. (biased) would always choose appendectomy for my kid vs antibiotics but this cutest conical shaped distal attachment and new professional bias might just make me pro-ERAT

75 giant esophageal SELs, 93.3% en bloc endoscopic resection rate. ER is promising therapeutic option.
A younger patient, large tumor, irregular shape, and extraluminal growth may indicate increased endoscopic resection difficulty, whereas STER tends to be of lower difficulty.
