3 yrs ago I gave a Gen Anaesthetic for an emergency C-section. I was alone, it was 3am, and it was mid-Covid. The young woman ventilated well at first, then didn’t. Tiny volumes, quiet chest. I took as read the normal ET CO2 🫁1/

Yesterday we delivered a performance workshop for the NIAS Clinical Decision Support team

We focused on cognitive biases in phone consultations,communication tools, fatigue and debriefing

An engaged team of paramedics & nurses committed to developing a high performance team

Back in Bamberg Germany for another Performance Under Pressure Course

One day of performance workshops and one day of high pressure simulation and debriefing.
