At tonight's Planning meeting at council I was happy to lend my support to council report outlining our complete opposition to any future petroleum applications in the North of Ireland. I had highlighted that one of these potential applications has been earmarked for Lough Neagh.

NI's political parties haven't unanimously agreed on much in recent years...but they did all agree to ban the granting of Petroleum Licences. This now needs to be formalised - so please read the consultation docs and complete the survey to drive forward the law. Causeway Council
