I can’t imagine that there are many Canadians who would think firing unvaccinated workers who work only remotely was a just thing to do back in 2021, let alone now in 2024.

Covid-related cases are beginning to trend towards the recognition of individual rights, including the recent Humber River Hospital and Teamsters.
The hospital’s vaccination policy led to the termination of the two employees who filed a grievance.
This case clarifies that
