Our latest paper on 3D single cell segmentation is out in IEEE TMI ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/92236…. While comparable to top CNNs in the Cell Segmentation Benchmark (celltrackingchallenge.net/latest-csb-res…) it does not require training data which for complex light sheet data can be difficult to obtain.
