The TFD today co-hosted the “2023 International Holocaust Remembrance Day” event with the ISECO & German Institute Taipei. 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen delivered remarks at the event in which TFD Chairman You Si-kun, Control Yuan President Chen Chu & Foreign Minister Jaushieh Joseph Wu participated.

On 3/29, Taiwan Foundation for Democracy hosted Freedom House President Michael Mike Abramowitz to present 2023 Freedom in the World index, and the opening of their new Taipei office. Taiwan was rated “Free” with a score of 94. J. Michael Cole @jmichaelcole1 of CIFA at International Republican Institute served as discussant.
