I have been revising love and relationships poetry.

The goal of revision is fluent and flexible knowledge. I don’t want knowledge too rigid, rather it should bend to adapt to the focus of an essay task. 1/11

A few thoughts, half-formed, as a contribution to a useful debate:
1. Oracy could be thought of as the best mode of formative assessment we have. It tells me what students know/have understood far more effectively than them scribbling on a whiteboard or me marking a book.

I think I have found my latest rabbit hole. It has always bothered me that Benvolio disappears, but image my surprise that he supposedly dies.

Absolutely KEY little exchange in Act 4 Scene 3 of Macbeth:

MALCOLM: Dispute it like a man.
MACDUFF: I shall do so,
But I must also feel it as a man.

Malcolm and Macduff here present two contrasting ideas of MASCULINITY in the play.
