It is with sadness that I have just heard of the passing of Geoffrey Samuel who I had the pleasure to serve with as a Cllr. He dedicated a lifetime of public service and will be missed. #RIPGJS This comes also as Cllr Elengorn is lost to us. Two wonderful public servants.
