Three Faculty Members were arrested and given a One-Year Trespass Order Yesterday.

For being on the property, where they work.

We are firing these faculty members after the President changed rules less than 24 hours earlier, violating state law.

IU changed its campus policy a day before yesterday's protest and encampment. An IU constitutional law professor argues this is not a neutral policy, meaning it likely violates protesters' 1st Amendment rights.
