In Nature Communications, we validate plasma BD-tau as AD-type N marker:
- BD-tau is amyloid driven & assoc. w/ atrophy;
- Abnormal p-tau & BD-tau confers faster cognitive decline and atrophy;
- BD-tau is less responsive to kidney fxn effects.
