Excited to share this review Cornelius Taabazuing and I wrote on inflammatory cell death! We review attempts to induce gasdermin-mediated cell death in cancer. These studies will inform my main postdoc project optimizing cell death for cancer therapy.

Excited to share the second manuscript from my lab, a collaboration with Igor Brodsky and Dr. Sunny Shin. Here, we show that rather than the inflammasome activating Casp11, Casp11 needs to be active and autoproteolyzed to form the inflammasome!
