So I guess it is lamb leftover goulash tonight. Oh and some more The Smokey Carter™ spices to jazz it up more :-)
Baby back ribs time.
Decided to try cooking without wrapping
I rubbed each with The Smokey Carter™ Texas Ranch, smoked with some apple wood and misted with apple juice every 30 minutes.
Then just before saucing, I sprinkled with Orange powder from an orange we dehydrated.
Yay.. now to let this rest for a wee while.. this was covered in spices from The Smokey Carter™ with tips from Marcus Bawdon

Manchester Vacs were to the rescue for me earlier with a vacuum related query, so great excuse to bring out their awesome Russian Skewers for The Smokey Carter™ Greek Gyros wraps with perinaise and Green Mountain Hot Sauce.
Quick lunch of Buffalo fish tacos. Aldi Stores UK tempura fish burgers are a great hack for these. Cut into 4 once cooked & add 2 chunks per taco with cucumber, rocket, tomato, cheese, tartare sauce & finish with our Original Buffalo Hot Sauce 👌
