Ben Coleman Nice one. Just producing a revised key to nomad bees to incorporate the six new ones and improve some of the key couplets. N. ferruginata is still officially RDB1 but massively increased. Turned up at Ufton Fields last year.

Found this Chernes cimicoides under Elm bark today, Worcestershire. Also had first Grammoptera of the year on Apple blossom.

One of 18 traps set today. Excited to go and sample the woodlands and service these monthly.

An added bonus was that we found just the second known population of Yellow-shouldered Nomad Bee (Nomada ferruginata) in the vice-county of Glamorgan (VC41). This bee is the specialist cuckoo of the Small Sallow Mining Bee (Andrena praecox).
