Recurrent proximal migration of PEG-J jejunal extension successfully treated by tethering the jejunal extension to the distal stomach with endoscopic suturing. Has not migrated again after many months! Thanks to Danny Issa, MD who showed me this trick awhile back. bsc endoscopy
This week bsc endoscopy helped w 2 ex-vivo labs UTSW Gastroenterology Fellowship for our fellows
Day 1 was polypectomy/closure for gen GI fellows.
Day 2 was 3rd space
Thankful for their support. Loved proctoring James D. Haddad, MD, FACP as he cured his pt of achalasia as well as many dysplastic stomach lesions
