Last week we were at the #Senedd for the #HomesNotHospitals protest organised by #StolenLives

We need action from the Government to stop this, because if nothing is done, more and more families and individuals will suffer.

It's done, final day 1650 metres descent never again but dead chuffed ..off for many beers

Up high again with the Annapurna's, last day tomorrow all the way down to 800metres, we won't know ourselves 😊

So after yesterday's 4 hour downhill walk guess what we did today ? 6.5 hrs uphill mostly vertical , climbed 1200 metres , back at 2500 metres ..tough and v hot again but we did it . Maybe my fav walk so far the scenery was just amazing ...

Hot hot 🔥 walking downhill most of today ..and a dip in natural v hot springs ♨️

We did it..! highest part of the trek ..5414 metres ,10 days to get here. If a 4 hour uphill trek wasn't enough ..the descent was 1660 metres not sure which was worst ...channelled my inner warrior today . So proud of Col and I . 5 more days left .
