Club entries for TCS London Marathon. This stat is shocking:
In 2023, only 69% (1,350) of the 1,980 entries allocated to clubs were used.
Why would any club not claim a coveted place for its members? And why would club members not lobby their club to allocate their place? UKRunChat

Every time I do a half marathon I always get a cold afterwards. Looking it up, it’s a thing called “marathon flu” and it’s happened a few times and spoils my post run training for a week or so after. ☹️

Anyone else get this or recommend a solution?

In all seriousness, are there any athletics brands/accessories out there really made with women in mind?! No matter where I go, very rarely do I ever find kit that fits comfortably.

Ps. If any fitness brands ever read this post - Colouring something pink/purple does NOT count!
