It was an honor to reconnect last week at #AMCHAMSummit24 with President William Samoei Ruto, PhD and share USTDA's latest infrastructure commitments in Kenya.

Last week, I had an engaging conversation with Kenya CS for Trade and Investment CS Rebecca Miano, EGH about how USTDA is partnering across Kenya to catalyze infrastructure growth.

It was a pleasure to reconnect in 🇰🇪 at #AMCHAMSummit24 with USTDA partner U.S. Chamber, including Kendra Gaither, Dana Banks, and Ellington Arnold, & U.S. companies to discuss new opportunities for collaboration & supporting U.S. exports to the region’s infrastructure priorities.

Thanks NCTCOGTransportation, City of Dallas Transportation Department, and North TX Tollway Authority #NTTA for hosting USTDA’s Indonesia New Capital City delegation, sharing best practices to improve mobility, provide safe and reliable transportation, and deploy next-gen solutions.

Thanks to the City of New York for hosting USTDA’s #Indonesia New Capital Smart City RTM. The delegation learned about smart city programs and innovative pilots with the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation and saw demonstrations of 🇺🇸 tech and expertise at the NYPD Real Time Crime Center and Joint Operations Center.

I was delighted to open the #DigitalTransformationwithAfrica Pavilion at the #AmChamSummit24 alongside Secretary Gina Raimondo and U.S. Ambassador Meg Whitman, celebrating the U.S.-Africa partnerships that are strengthening digital access and environments across the continent.

I visited @STL_ke to observe firsthand how technology is transforming Africa’s digital landscape. It was empowering to see how STL uplifts the local community, supporting a large workforce of women, who are often underrepresented in infrastructure jobs.

I am delighted to return to Nairobi this week, where I will speak at the AmCham Business Summit and highlight U.S. gov progress on President Biden’s #DigitalTransformationWithAfrica .
