Today's Motivational Monday is about how sometimes we have to make a leap of faith into the unknown to face the challenges that await us. We wish everyone in the MEC and at UT a great new semester. We're confident you'll rise to the challenges awaiting you.

Today's #MotivationMonday is less about 'crossing finish lines with all the energy you have,' and more about what we do when we've hit a wall and feel like quitting. 'Rest' is one of the best and most under utilized tools we have in our toolkit. If you've hit a wall, take a rest.

As we come up on the end of the semester, some of us might be feeling the sting of unaccomplished goals. I saw this Bruce Lee quote the other day and it made me re-conceptualize what goals are (or can be). #motivationmonday
