Tonight, at2⃣fully-booked concerts, BBC CO players perform compositions by Nottingham Uni Music #WeAreUoN students, set to films made by NTU filmmakers.

Our third year student Macharia recieved funds from the UoN Humanities #WeAreUoN Student Experience Fund and the M-PESA Foundation to build a new accessible instrument for children at the Joytown School in Kenya.

In February, Lakeside Arts and the Nottingham Confucius Institute commissioned a new concerto by Chen Yi, performed by @XuefeiYan and the University Philharmonia!

Last night, Blowsoc hosted a brilliant bonazna in aid of @cr_uk with a livestream on their Facebook page for remote guests!

Drs László Rózsa and Dr Becky Thumpston have organised brilliant performance workshops for student performers including guest experts like Jess Dandy and Tom Seminar Ford

It was fascinating to hear jazz guitarist extraordinaire Tom Seminar Ford talk to students about developing improvisational languages and songwriting in this week's Guest Performer Workshop. Great to see our students in action!
