I don’t like when they talk about Italian expats just in terms of ‘brain drain’ (fuga di cervelli), but this numbers should (again) raise the issue of how much the Italian education system spend and it can not profit of the excellent results

The most amazing part will be when they'll reject your work but suggest to resubmit it to their lower-impact sister journal 'free of charge'... 🤦🏻‍♀️
