Gold-rated workers receive health insurance for themselves & their families; in the silver category, the family is ineligible for insurance. Bronze-rated workers are only eligible for insurance coverage in case of accidents. 70 points or> is gold; 50-70 is silver; <50 is bronze

How are the points earned? Based on the quantity & quality of orders. A perfect order equals 1 point; a normal order equals 0.5 point whereas a bad order equals o point.

What's a perfect order? Delivering on/before time w/out any damage & not calling the customer too many times
