We started the morning at #bendingbranchwinery where we joined Dr Bob Young and Jennifer Cernosek on what I call the innovation tour. We tasted the great line-up of wine and whiskey and it seems the time flew. #texashillcountrywine
Absolutely lovely Raphael Bereche Côte grand cru 2001 #Champagne Slightly oxidative, toast, nuts on nose, aged well, very fine, appealing richness. Holding on well. (Helps make up for the corked 08 last week) #wine

My students @polyushtm blind tasted these wines today; would you be able to guess these wines blind? Also enjoyed a full day of Asian food and wine pairing and describing wine using Asian ingredients!
