Big focus on bail changes.

Amazing turnout for the joint Victoria Legal Aid Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service and OPP Victoria training, supported by Department of Justice and Community Safety, on new bail laws that commence on Monday - another 800 registered online from across the legal profession and Victoria Police.

We strongly urge the government to follow the evidence and to follow through with its commitment to include bail reform in the Youth Justice bill.
