The majority of South Korea's elites do not want the country to go nuclear - according to new study by CSIS Korea Chair. This contrasts to the majority of the public - which does. But if Trump is elected and challenges the alliance the majority of elites would change their mind.

Please read this report. It reaches different conclusions than the conventional wisdom that So. Korea is on the precipice of going nuclear. It is based on polling of strategic elites in So. Korea. Extended deterrence is working.
