Yesterday 11 clinical & non clinical stakeholders met virtually & in person to begin the planning to pilot a Frailty SDEC approach at our WRH site.  The team agreed the aim, metrics and key actions to move forward with the PDSA. The pilot will commence on 15th April for 4 weeks.

We heard from two more Leader training delegates on Monday.

They demonstrated great use of Improvement System tools, techniques and leader skills. A range of simple improvements were showcased, all freeing up time and improving patient/customer experience.

Heather attended the Midlands Leading for Improvement event in Wolverhampton yesterday, where she was able to share and celebrate the Improvement work carried out by Trust staff # #betterneverstops #kaizen

Clinical and non-clinical colleagues from the digital team enjoyed learning a range of #4WardImprovementSystem tools today. These tools will be used to identify the operational benefits of moving to electronic prescribing and medicines administration.
