Clinical and non-clinical colleagues from the digital team enjoyed learning a range of #4WardImprovementSystem tools today. These tools will be used to identify the operational benefits of moving to electronic prescribing and medicines administration.
Practitioner training facilitated by Dawn-Marie Wright at the Alex today. A small but perfectly formed group of clinical/non-clinical colleagues who will return to their genba with new skills & tools to support Improvement across the Trust. Well done Ansul, Cheyann, Lynsey & Sarah.
