With two Ormskirk Lodges showing very firm interest in trialling the UGLE Uni. Scheme and poised to vote on it in their respective Lodges, we're hoping that before too long, we'll add Edge Hill University to the list of West Lancs participants.

Happy International Women’s Day! Today especially, we celebrate their amazing achievements. It's a great day to educate yourself on the history of women's rights movements and on the current challenges faced around the world. We also have many lodges for women in this country.

Happy St. David's Day, today, to all our Welsh Brethren. David was a 6th century Welsh Bishop. He is the patron saint of Wales and is highly revered in Welsh culture.
This national day of Wales is a day when Welsh people celebrate their heritage and culture.

An excellent ceremony for the double initiation at Preston Guild Lodge witnessed by over 40. Family illness prevented it being a triple 1st for one candidate.. Anyway congratulations to all concerned. A delightful Uni Scheme evening 👍

City of Lancaster Lodge double initiation. One candidate had his father present delivering 1st Degree tools. The other had a family friend from Sweden. City also had Uni Scheme 2009 initiate Tom Currie there. Metropolitan Grand Steward. He delivered a superb Antient Charge.
