D Team have been raising money for Bham Children's Hosp 💙 this November by running 1838km, a km for every child diagnosed with cancer per year. Today they completed the last couple of kilometres, just in time, and raised a total of £1105 for this great cause.
Our drone team are currently assisting West Midlands Fire Service and WMAS HART at a large industrial fire in Dudley. Fire are utilising our imaging to formulate strategies on how best to tackle the fire effectively whilst maintaining public safety. Log 2115 15/9 DW #dronesforgood

West Midlands Ambulance Service #HelpUsHelpYou #ambulances and WMAS HART #paramedics attended the scene. Upon arrival the casuality was assessed and found to have sustained non-life threatening injuries.

The heatwave didn't stop some of the HART and Dudley hub staff absolutely smashing the 3 Peaks Challenge last week! 😮⛰
They completed the challenge within 24 hours to fundraise for #ANDYSMANCLUB and in memory of paramedic Andy Watson who, sadly, passed away in May. 💚
#DidYouKnow about our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), which comprises of specialist paramedics who are able to operate in challenging situations.
HART have access to specialist resources to access patients within difficult terrain, including the Polaris vehicle 👉 🚑

Thanks to Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Midlands Fire Service for letting us exercise with you. HART paramedics are trained to access and treat patients anywhere, including when we need to climb to access. Once treated, we work with our emergency service colleagues to get them to safety.
