To finish off his visit here, Archbishop of York has been at Holy Nativity Church for a Rock Mass! It’s been great to have him in the diocese to mark our 10th anniversary, seeing all we have to offer in our wonderful part of the world.
This afternoon Archbishop of York has been at the Jo Cox More in Common Centre at Huddersfield University, meeting people from the area and chatting with our own Bishop Smitha!
It’s been a great morning at St Mary’s Barnsley, where Archbishop of York has been preaching and presiding over their morning service, as part of his final day in the diocese helping us mark our 10th anniversary!
We've had a fantastic afternoon with Archbishop of York, marking the 10th anniversary of our diocese at Bradford Cathedral! We had a service where we heard from people from across the whole diocese, marking what has happened in the last decade, and looking to the next one and beyond.
