Our April branch meeting is on Thurs Apr 4th at the Junction, Castleford The Junction

It's time to submit nominations for our Spring Pub of the Season award. Only Wakefield branch members can participate. Any pub serving real ale in our district is eligible apsrt from these recent winners: Prop Ur Baa, Bradley Arms and Black Rock.

The votes have been counted and our Pub of the Year 2023 is the Black Rock, Wakefield.

Reminder that it's our AGM and March branch meeting tonight at 7.30 at Harry's Bar with a final chance for Wakefield branch members to vote for our Pub Of The Year.

It was good to visit our next door neighbours Doncaster CAMRA as they presented their Pub of the Season award to the excellent Leopard pub. Interesting to learn that the Leopard served the last ever pint of the original Barnsley Bitter.
