This week, I'm reading through the works of Marcel Schwob! An author of tremendous influence on Borges, Schwob writes in a style of mysticism, gothic, and alternative biography all tethered into one cohesive form.
Thank you WakefieldPress for all these translations.
Looking forward to these treats from @dodoink, WakefieldPress, and NYRB Classics. (For readers unfamiliar with Wakefield Press, please see my profile on them at thebookbeat.com/backroom/2021/…).
My huge, huge thanks to the excellent
