Tasting through different vineyard blocks to determine ripeness and picking dates. Feedback on the harvest so far is lower yields, smaller berries, but more concentrated juice. At this stage we have brought in Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc #organic #regenerative #saharvest2024
