I challenge you not to say anything negative for one day!

Watch how your life will change.

You want to be healed?

Serve others and help them in their difficulties, and Allah will help you in your difficulties.

At the end of every day, ask yourself 3 questions:

What did I learn today?
How did I grow today?
What will I do differently tomorrow?

Remember; There are no regrets if you have learned something in the process.
