A respected and well-loved Navy officer whose dedication and service to our nation stood as a beacon of courage and leadership, Sir Clive was a long-time friend and supporter of Western Approaches.

The 9th July marks 80 years since the death of Captain Frederic 'Johnnie' Walker - one of Britain's greatest Naval heroes.

We have marked his passing each year at his statue in Liverpool for the last 5 years, but want to ensure this year is a worthy occasion.
