This was a fun challenge! empiar 11275, A full chlamydomonas cell. Looks so cool in 3D! I used a pre-trained UNet from @OrsDragonfly3D and trained it to classify 13 different classes. Quite a different challenge than my usual cryoET, but very worth it! SwuliusLab

He will use the tremendous structural biology skills from his Ph.D. at SPC Facility & Garcia-Alai Lab @EMBL Hamburg @EMBL to study membrane remodelling proteins involved in the generation of the phagophore.
