I’m on Plymouth Hoe today for the city’s Remembrance Service, paying my respect & remembering those who courageously gave their lives. At the going down of the sun & in the morning, we will remember them.

Today we remember the fallen who courageously gave their lives so we can live ours. We offer our immense gratitude to current & former armed forces personnel, including the veterans I am proud to work alongside South Western Ambulance Service for their service and dedication.

I’ve just visited the Green Futures Field here Glastonbury Festival where #teamswasft , Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance (DSAA) & Resuscitation Council UK are offering the chance to learn CPR for free! Pay them a visit & walk away with life-saving knowledge about how to respond in an emergency.

I’m Buckfast Abbey today for the last day of #VolunteersWeek . Thanks to a £128,000 grant from our NHS Charities Together 💙, our volunteer Community First Responders will be boosted by these 6 new cars.
