A very fine pint of Wye Valley Brewery Butty Bach. A particular favourite of mine, since it was the first real ale I ever tasted whilst on holiday in #Bideford #Devon in 1998. This one, consumed at the The Discovery is in very good shape and enjoyed within the pub’s new vibe.

Back in December, a trip to The Pelican Inn in Gloucester gave me a chance to try Wye Valley Brewery's new winter ale, Ruby Rudy. A reasonably enjoyable ale, subtle spiced fruits, and a malty finish. Must say it has a lovely colour, and as always, an excellent pour at The Pelican

Another pint of cask ale from The Pelican Inn in Gloucester, this one being Wye Valley Brewery's Wholesome Stout. Always a very enjoyable dark beer, smooth and malty, can't go wrong with this one

Nice to taste this properly in my own time, rather than at a festival.

Loads of (grape)fruit and floral from Wye Valley Brewery. It says Hootenanny on the can, so seems appropriate under the circumstances.
