At the end of February, I ended up in A&E with what I thought was a heart attack. Since then, I've had three rounds of blood tests, each producing more questions. I went on to suffer extreme fatigue, nerve pain, joint pain, loss of appetite (lost 3kg) as well as insomnia, anxiety…

My friend & colleague Fiona is off to Ukraine in the next few days with HopeFull, providing hope for communities & connection over a warm pizza. She has a very kind heart ❤️
