Walk-ins are available on the day but booking via Eventbrite allows us to anticipate numbers in advance.

We are working towards moving into the new YCentre for the beginning of April 24.

This is an exciting time in our history.

You will notice there will be little disruption to our regular weekly offer starting with the gym sessions now closed till we are in the new building.
