☀️ Had a lovely day yesterday in Lerwick, first speaking to BBC Radio Shetland before a couple of meetings and a surgery.

🚢 It was then back on the boat to head to Aberdeen last night and up to Elgin for a surgery this afternoon.

The China threat isn't an easy one for any government to meet, but we are getting it wrong on all fronts. I'm in no doubt at all that we will come to regret inviting a hostile and authoritarian state to underwrite our journey to net-zero.

🌿This would have increased protection for natural environments at risk of deforestation.
