Anyone else wonder why we see no media coverage of cases relating to parental alienation abuse, false allegations, abusive mothers harming their children and their exes - of which there have been many published judgements?

One-sided reporting on #FamilyCourt is NOT transparency.

Best practice IMO. Judgement alongside media report. I'd like to say I'm hopeful media reports will come to cover the full range of private law judgements. At present they seem formulaic-unregulated experts, allegations of PA, bad dad, good mum. Not so the published judgements.
