#COP27 What does climate change mean for sex female workers. They bear the brunt; walk long distances in search of water, food and other basic needs and also experience high food insecurity. Adherence to ARVs for those living positively is advisedly affected

Being HIGH reduces the ability of #SWs to protect themselves i.e. ⬆️ #HIV prevalence among #SWs who use drugs.
