In a mouse model of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (Myh6 c.1211C>T), adenosine base editing of embryos resulted in 63-71% correction of mutation. HCM was eliminated in these mice post-natally and their offspring. Also in utero inj corrected 25% ahajournals.org/doi/abs/10.116… Circulation Research
