Today is the 20th anniversary of the repeal of Section 28, a shameful law that forbade ‘promotion’ of homosexuality and enabled endemic bullying in schools, damaging a generation. The U.K. saw sense and got rid of it but other countries now have similar laws. It’s outrageous.
